Don't know about GC and Clarry - but Adelaide started the trade period with a clear goal to get Petracca as priority 1 with Clarry as a fall back.

He does have to stay in the free agency model. Trade is completely different. The reason I say he has to stay, is some people confusingly believe restricted free agents get a choice of staying or going if their club matches. They dont get a choice. They have to stay.

My understanding is that DFAs are senior spots.

My guess would be we wait and use our first pick in the rookie draft because we’re tight up for senior list spots.
