All I can say is that Koch is closer to the end of his term than the begining. It will depend on how keen the AFL wants to poach him.

Because that is how the law works? He could sue on damages and unfair dismissal. He may not be paid but he is still in an elected position ratified by a contractual agreement.

One of the benefits of maintaining my membership was getting to complete the member satisfaction survey. I realise my feedback will probably be dismissed as white noise but I made my dissatisfaction with the performance of the board and my complete disdain for David Koch very clear. I pointed out that Koch's open disdain and derision of the members and supporters was insulting.
