Posters are responsible for what they post. Moderators can not attest to the accuracy or otherwise of any rumour posted.

Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

Also, you need to remember that this thread like all parts of this forum is bound by the rules of poster conduct. If you want to express skepticism towards a rumour that's fine, but having a crack at posters who are contributors to this forum is simply not on and will be acted upon.

I’m not a Hayward fan. Just don’t believe he will give us the x-factor we need.
I’d want a better return player wise than Hayward and Florent for Charlie.
Sydney’s Round 1 picks this and next year are a given but not content with these 2.

I just want more avenues to goal. We need 6-7 players capable of kicking 4+ goals on any given day. Then I think X factor develops as the system gets better.

Add McKay, Kemp, Moir and Hayward next year and we won’t be picked off by the opponents best interceptor nearly as much. All four command respect from a defender. I’ll even add O’Keefe to that group who I’m bullish on.

This season every side knew all we had was a long bomb to Charlie’s head and he had no support around him. Probably half the reason he’s cracked the shits. The sum of all parts is greater than one Charlie.

If Charlie does go I’m beginning to come around thinking it won’t be as huge a loss as initially thought..

He is a megastar no doubt even on, but it reminds me when we lost fev, we had other forward options who came to life, Eddie improved, 1AW shifted forward and even Setanta had one really good year..

I think we have the options there and hopefully HOK becomes a really solid forward too

Exactly the reason why Bailey is so good at Brisbane, but isn't worth big bucks as a stand alone commodity (imo)...

I think the Dees get Humphrey. Got the $$$ and Petracca going there will be a massive help. I think they somehow get it done. Would love it to be us

A lot of consternation and it seems doubtful we will get Humphrey but I would take Sydney's 1st, F1 and Hayward as the crux of the deal for Curnow.
If we need to do pick swaps around that and can pinch Florent on the cheap as well, even better.

The fact we have to trade someone like Charlie just to try and get some security for Walker is sickening.

Meanwhile Brisbane are loaded with F/S and academy talent, have back to back flags, and the AFL have just created another first rounder for them out of thin air.

The AFL's obsession with stealing Rugby's market share is making our own competition a joke.

Suns are interested in Rowbottom. Rosas wants to get to the Swans and they are desperate for Charlie.

Would love a three way trade involving us the suns and swans where we get Humphrey, Hayward and future first. Swans get Charlie and Rosas and Suns get picks and Rowbottom.

Sydney's future first could be anything. they are liable to come good, which could mean a future pick pushing 20. Hence, don't like that one.

I don't dislike Hayward but he has only managed 30+ goals in a season twice and both times it was playing 25+ games in a team which made the Grand Final. I wouldn't be expecting too much from him if he comes.

Yep, 11 wins in our last 31 games, that's pretty remarkable.

you never know how good you have it until someone points it out.

Edit: just to add a bit of context to that. St Kilda (remember them, they're the team everyone lines up to pot in here) have had 15 wins in their last 31 games.

St. Kilda has made the finals twice in the past 15 seasons................. How time flies. 1 finals win. We don't get the same fixture, remember. We are not potting them, I just think it is pointless to point to other teams when trying to make a point.
