There’s a spin off show based on 1 of the characters “Ferry” also a good watch.
Would recommend.


Wayward strangely compelling and different.

House Of Guinness started off pretty well, watched the first episode last night and got me intrigued.

Agree, on ep 2 now and it has me hooked. Helps that I love Guinness too haha

We've just watched the first episode so far, and I agree, it was pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was the inclusion of modern pop & rock music as the soundtrack. I find that off-putting in period dramas.

Yeah I watched Undercover when they first came out and enjoyed them but didn't enjoy Ferry that much

I absolutely love the nazi subplot and the Psycho/Hitchcock/Anthony Perkins stuff in episode 2. This series has gone down and unexpected path and I am here for it.

I'm not really familiar with him. I've watched lots of serial killer series, but they generally don't get into the nitty gritty aspects of the acts.. but just the trailer for this one freaked me out.

He was kind of the original ‘creep’.

Had huge mother issues. Was big on graverobbing, decapitating, using skin as lampshades etc.

This one absolutely won’t be for everyone. He was a very ****ed up individual.

I enjoyed it and thought both leads were great. It dragged and at times I wondered why you would be scared of Junior who wasn’t really that menacing, but overall a 7.5.

It’s been around 10th on the most watched list for France for a few weeks, with utter crap rating higher… it just hasn’t dominated.

Very good show. I’m surprised it’s not getting more hype.

Did you notice Laura Linney directed an episode? Opening credits very similar to Ozark too. Jason Bateman trying to play the opposite guy but he always just ends up playing Jason Bateman. Not too sure about the Jude Law casting either. I mean I don't mind him but his American accent was very.. fragile.

I did enjoy it though.
