Posters are responsible for what they post. Moderators can not attest to the accuracy or otherwise of any rumour posted.

Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

None of this draws a conclusion as to the accuracy or otherwise of the original post.

There is no need to further speculate. What will be will be.

Also, you need to remember that this thread like all parts of this forum is bound by the rules of poster conduct. If you want to express skepticism towards a rumour that's fine, but having a crack at posters who are contributors to this forum is simply not on and will be acted upon.

Agree, it’s like everyone has forgotten the off-season they brought in:
B Hill
31 yr old Ryder
Butler
D Howard
Z Jones

They got worse within 2 years, tied up all their money in a bunch of C graders, in the process gave up Acres who funnily performed better than Hill plus the pick that Melbourne used for Kozzy.

Different this time, they have a very good core of youth.

We are 1 to 2 years behind them.

No, and in yesterday's coaching announcements they explicitly said there was more to come. Only one development coach listed in the line-up alongside Russell and the VFL coach.

Potentially room for a senior assistant as well, perhaps Hansen has been demoted?

There were media reports earlier in the year that while the size of the contract was obviously a big part of St Kilda’s push for TDK, the other thing they kept pushing was that their under 22s were better than our 22s. Rumours were that TDK was receptive to that argument.

No I think you’ve forgotten,we have much more talent underneath this time as a result of going to the draft…..wilson,phillipou,windhager,owens,Tauru,travaglia,nwm,Garcia,max hall etc…..didn’t bother with max king as who knows with his injuries but definitely much more talent underneath than previously

You’d be receptive to whatever was pushed on you (TDK still adding up the cash that was offered…. Sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows - Everything that’s wonderful is what I feel when we’re together…)

What I'm writing here is I would put his peak at pick 7 in this draft, but probably have him sitting roughly at the TDK pick in a trade.

Gold Coast reached for him a little back in the day because his floor was higher than many in his range, and my evaluation of that hasn't changed. Now that was a weak draft...

The trade you told the club to say a big F off was for the TDK pick and a swap of 1sts.
