Looks like membership prices are increasing across the board to cover:
  1. CPI increase (1.8%)
  2. additional "away" game against norf
For me this resulted in a net increase of $62.

I was looking to move seats to somewhere away from oppo fans but other seats will be more pricey.

Are there people here considering cancelling their memberships?

Why would the away game v North make a difference?
We don't pay for it, and Members don't get tickets to it.

Considering we already pay the most and the club has the most money, even CPI doesnt justify an increase. Would be nice if they actually started thinking of the fans that bring in all those dollarbucks.

The renewal email states that members DO get seats for the North game. Basically members can treat it like any other home game.

The norf away game is at Optus and has been included with the membership.

I was hoping for a price freeze, but I can deal with what’s effectively a $0.90 increase per game. I was expecting a much bigger rise tbh.

Fingers crossed there’s a modest overall improvement to performance to match the modest overall increase in membership fees.

They'll kick an additional 3 behinds a game to match the price increase.

" When considering access to the 12 matches next year, membership pricing will remain at a similar ‘per match’ rate as last season’s 11-match memberships, albeit we acknowledge there is a modest overall increase in membership pricing for 2026, reflecting rising costs across the AFL industry."

It would be nice if the rising cost reflected wins across the AFL industry.

If you average it out per game, the cost goes from $60.90 to $67.00, which is a 9% increase.

There’s a 12th game next year under memberships, the North away game.

Factor that in and it goes from $60.90 to $61.40.

The stadium will probably increase food and drinks prices by at least that and also Shrinkflate the serve sizes.
