https://www.reddit.com/r/gifs/comments/68eept/fish_uses_his_dying_breath_to_slap_kid_in_face/You mean the ITK posters who claimed Marshall deal is already done
ITK posters who claim it will involve a player
Just curious, because to me.
That only proves one thing and it’s they’re NITK
Not In The Know
Marshall is needed, desperately.Getting has to be accomplished , and Im not sure if 3R1 can do it…but
Id have little fear having Cameron, Neale and CC in the same side… None are really square bears. It would be interesting what it would do for some of our other forward options …but one cant worry about that. You add talent and then see where it fits.
Is the three 3r1 .. a bit different to what was floated here with Stengle?
I wonder if we ask bout Leek A now that Stk have pulled out.
as long as we add another player that can help in the ruck in 2026 , then focusing on CC rather than RM… sounds more damaging to me. ..even if its Goldstein for a year … then we have the ruck covered and it gives Edwards and the other young rucks more time to get ready

I wonder whether you could have Neale in the ruck for centre bounces and then have him drift forward, taking stoppages in the forward half and providing a good additional tall target while Blicavs takes stoppages in the defensive half.
Would also allow plenty of flexibility for Cameron to roam while Curnow plays more permanent inside 50.
Would be an interesting model that could be hard to combat.
Yeah, suck it up princessIsn’t it?
He hasn’t been able to get a game for a couple of months, so not contributing on field recently. If he has currency, maybe there’s value there.
That’s beside the point though. The point is that if we keep him it’s because he’s a valuable part of our team going forward, not because Jack might throw a hissy fit if we trade him.
nothing to do with bro, but OH is the futureIsn’t it?

Stanley is cooked, Blic not far behind. You could, but I don't think they will.
If we don't land Marshall I see them using Stanley, Blitz and SDK as they have done, and relying on Atkins, Worpel and Bruhn to get the ball out to Smith and Holmes so they can flick it to Neale, Cameron....and maybe Curnow.
i bet we ask for one or two 2nd round picks with our 3 first pick offer
Very poor by them, just not how business is done.St Kilda have courted and wined and dined Aleer for two years, so much so, that after the Giants lost their last game, he told the club and his teammates he was going to St Kilda, now SOS pulls the pin cos they used their 2nd round pick on Liam Ryan instead and dont have one for Aleer, not even a future 2nd.
Now they've screwed him.
CC is great, but his knee is RS.I'm at the point where the ludicrous "Curnow's not actually that good" takes from a select group of Cats fans have actually radicalised me into being a rabid pro Curnow trade zealot in response to their stupidity.![]()
Stanley is cooked, Blic not far behind.
Marshall is a must, Curnow isn't. Marshall will get done.True, but if we don't land Marshall, or Curnow??
Todd GoldsteinLol Soldo
Who is your other option if not him or Marshall?
I’m not writing him off, but yet to be convinced.nothing to do with bro, but OH is the future
When you think it through it actually isn't that bad of cost
Our 1st round draft pick this year going to be around 20.
2027 future picks are devalued by around 30% from a DVI perspective by the creation of Tasmania.
Only our 2026 is a clean pick
Agreed. Very poor form. Just another piece of evidence of what a shit club they are.Very poor by them, just not how business is done.
Marshall is needed, desperately.
Curnow is superfluous- we have an improving Neale, a fit JC, numerous small and medium forwards
Marshall is a must, Curnow isn't. Marshall will get done.
CC is not happening.I don't disagree with your first sentence.
How we get Marshall done if we land Curnow is the curiosity.
That's part of the reason I think Mackie is using Carlton to squeeze St Kilda.
Marshall is over rated and will not add as much as something like a KPF. Yes Id add him for the right price but id cc before Marshall every day of the week.. and go with a moneyball ruck ..and still keep putting time into the young rucks like Edwards.
If Big red Conway is a bust then just add another young player if the price is right . Melb just picked up on..for a 4th round pick.
CC is not happening.
Let’s not pretend that Carlton are holding out to get “value” for curnow.Which is why I think Carlton might hesitate.
His knee is Rhys Stanley? JeepersCC is great, but his knee is RS.
