Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

I’m a big supporter of Austin so I’ll start by saying nice work on the Chesser deal.
However, the Ainsworth deal is bloody disgraceful … very disappointed !!
Time to bring home the bacon for Curnow, Nick

Why is the Chesser deal good but Ainsworth bad?

Chesser got for 41, Ainsworth for roughly 26.

That’s 15 spots higher, one is a proven AFL quality player, the other barely gets on the park.

What were people expecting?

Not at all. They negotiate their own deal. It's a new contract.

Charlie will do very well out of all this. Probably another 6 years at a higher wage, plus the fact we front loaded him.
