Posters are responsible for what they post. Moderators can not attest to the accuracy or otherwise of any rumour posted.

Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

1. If a thread is threatening to be derailed because of a post.

2. If invested parties request the removal of material.

None of this draws a conclusion as to the accuracy or otherwise of the original post.

There is no need to further speculate. What will be will be.

Also, you need to remember that this thread like all parts of this forum is bound by the rules of poster conduct. If you want to express skepticism towards a rumour that's fine, but having a crack at posters who are contributors to this forum is simply not on and will be acted upon.

Simply put, don't be a dick.

Okay, so what're we thinking here about the deal? If it is official and just waiting for AFL staging, I'm gonna say its a pure Swans/Blues swap with Hayward and picks.

We'll likely hear a timely leak early eve about a player or pick swap with a second club that will have us feeling 'very happy'.

Options
1. Swans add in an F2 since we gave ours up for Ainsworth
Hayward, 11, F1 and F2 for Charlie and a 4th

2. Swans add a 2027 R1 pick (late with Tassie coming in) and we make that late pick a 3rd rounder
Hayward, 11, F1 and 27F1 for Charlie and a 3rd

Maybe we went back and said: we want want Geelong offered and a good player? Probably had the same counter to Cats with O'Sullivan (that was rebuked).
