well this is the guy that had Sharp in the back end of the top 20 earlier and Jevan up into high top 10, I think it was just off 5?.

He even acknowledged it and just said earlier he uses a bit more prospective license with some while others did not get into the midfield like Josh Lindsay now 20, lol

I reckon I could play shock jock better than some online though, but I would rather see RFC do very well

it is not like he is simply pushing out phantoms on BF, he is actually doing podcasts online. but look. I am no censor, he can put out what he likes and people can watch what they want

My only concern at this point with Robey is his lack of experience at state champs level. I normally like to see the intangibles such as who rises to the challenge at the top level and has the most impact.

Looks a good solid player, just like to see them demonstrate their ability to step up when it matters and stand out amongst the crowd.

Just went and re watched Cumming highlights. Not sure I see what the hype is. Not quick looks quite heavy and not a great kick. Very competitive type which I like and can take a mark. Overall I would not take him in the top 10, he is a teens pick for me.

It was pretty dire performances for guys we were all hoping to step up, Grlj, Lindsay, CDT, Cumming, NHH, XT, Emmett etc…

It would be more correct to call these half season highlights as Sullivan Robey didn't get his CTL call up until round 12, but what an impact he had once he got settled. Probably the biggest draft bolter since Clayton Oliver 10 years ago, Sullivan had a fairytale final stretch of the season, not just with his brilliant personal run of form but also providing the catalyst to spark an Eastern Ranges team that went from good to great, stomping through the finals series to take out the CTL premiership.

The upside and potential of Cooper Duff-Tytler is massive. There is noway the club passes up the chance to draft him if West Coast don’t take him.
Whether he fits a need or not you don’t pass up the potential of what this kid could be.
With 4-5 AFL pre-seasons under his belt and 60-80 games we’re talking about a 200+cm ruckman who has the mobility of a mid and can go forward and cause havoc.

Agree. And if he doesn’t shoot the lights out early some shit stain of a club like Melbourne or Stkilda will pay overs for him and we will grab another top end pick anyway

When live trading occurs on draft night, do you suspect Blair and the team run through scenarios in preparation for offers. For example, Melbourne offers pick 7 and a future 2 rounder for our pick 4; I anticipate Blair responds with a No, because we value that pick more highly. Or do you think it’s done largely on the fly.

Wouldnt shock me if they run a lot of simulations with different variables. I know I'm finance they use Monte Carlo simulations and I think that would translate really well into this.

Regardless of who we pick with our first selection, I’ll be pissed if Uwland, Patterson and Annable have not been bid on. If we consider them to be better than our fourth pick we should bid on them to use up GCs and Brisbanes draft collateral. The player we’d take with ou first pick will still be on the table.

Hopefully WC have bid on at least one previously.

Based on list needs , Surely he should know when drafting specially in the 2nd year of a rebuild you dont draft for needs but the best talent and when was the last time a HBF with speed or a HBF interceptor was drafted with picks #3 & #4 ?

Grlj is not a mid he is a HBF that should be selected #8+ and similar to Taylor
Inside / Outside mids or Fwd / Mids with special traits should be the focus with Richmond 2nd year rebuild

What's his 15km time? That's how far wingers run in a game. What's his repeat sprints like? Have you ever seen him pick the ball off his bootlaces at top speed, run 50 metres while bouncing it, evading tacklers from all directions, then kick accurately while still at top pace?

No. Because he's never done it.

I don't want him as a ruckman. I sure as **** don't want him as a winger.

I suspect he ends up a CHB.
