How is he a player? He would be 38 next year?I noticed Brisbane have picked up an 18 yo Gaelic rising star for 2006 ,Ben Murphy as a Cat b rookie.
Why aren't we proactive getting in these type of players from Ireland, for the mens and womens teams.
This is why Brisbane are premiers ,they get in the players.
Is that Amiss? Jesus.Jye looking good there!
It’s the Saints who have landed the best talent from Ireland this year. The young Mcdonald kid announced as a cat B rookie yesterday is outrageously talented. I believe there was 5 or 6 clubs chasing him. Nice little coup for the saints that oneI noticed Brisbane have picked up an 18 yo Gaelic rising star for 2006 ,Ben Murphy as a Cat b rookie.

The Brisbane Lions have gone international in a bid to further improve their list, signing one of Ireland’s young rising Gaelic stars Ben Murphy.
Securing the talented 18-year-old’s signature as a Category B rookie comes almost two years after the Lions first identified the Kerry and Austin Stacks midfielder.
