Not optimistic, just explaining that there is a scenario that you could take both. Fincher getting a bid early is unlikely but Phillipou drifting out is probably more unlikely.

I think he's one of those little guys that get mark-down on his size. He's 1 cm taller than Zorko and it hasn't held him back. Looks adaptable so could play multiple roles. Worst case is he's Jack Lonie, best case he's Zorko or Caleb Daniel.

You’re forgetting we already have Kobe McDonald who is the equal of any pick 1 in the last 10 years, and certainly far better than this year’s pick.
These are just icing on the cake picks for us

Well I’ll make my own judgement on that Irish string bean from Co. May-ooo when he learns to kick our ball in 2034.
I claimed him verrrrrry early on, but even I've jumped off him a bit considering our draft hand. Jevan could be a fantastic player and certainly has potential like most of the rest of the 1st round. We just don't currently have the hand to get him and you wouldn’t want to be spending early future picks on him.
