Robey would have won the Gary Ayres Medal for the player of the finals if the U18s had oneTaylor was BOG in the Grand final.

Ok that’s BS unless it’s a deliberate smoke screenSpoke to someone from the Western jets... he said Richmond has told Tom Burton that if he is there at pick 38, that we will be taking him.
We told Hotton though...did we not?Ok that’s BS unless it’s a deliberate smoke screen
We didn’t even tell Lalor we were taking him at 1 until the day before.
Not directly. We told him after he did his ACL not to worry. That he'd done enough to be drafted. We told Hotton though...did we not?
He's gone on all year about how CDT is a top 2 talent. Now when there's a realistic scenario to get him via West Coast's pick 2 and pick 13 by trading 5 and 6, he wavers.Sounded like Essendon isnt a sure thing in wanting CDT if they trade up with West Coast. Twomey hinted he wouldnt be surprised if Essendon were after Sharp without directly saying. (Just said he wouldnt be too sure bombers plan to move up was just for CDT).
Surely this would be a silly move unless they have heard we are into Sharp? Imagine if Eagles trade pick 2 and 13 for 5 & 6 and still ended up with Duursma, CDT + another mid with pick 6.
Essendon with Sharp & pick 13, this would be a massive blunder by the bombers.

You kind of missed my point, my dig isn't the fact they trade up for Sharp (i think sharp would be a fine get) it's more they probably won't even have to trade up for sharp unless we are super interested. Normally you hear little leaks, such as Robey, Grlj, Taylor etc to us. Haven't heard anything of the sort for sharp, is he even on our radar? Not really
Sharp could just as easily become the best player in this draft and go onto dominate AFL in 4 years time
People are really under estimating the best perfomed junior player of the last 2 years in his age group and a true leader
Already posted. Here's the link (paywall I think) will copy and paste.

How does the top 10 shake out? When do bids come in? Here’s how Chris Cavanagh thinks the top 36 picks of the AFL draft will play out, including the club which could go on a bidding warpath.
