I think the reason he keeps getting taken by us in these mocks is simply because he's seen as best available at that pick. The HS mock mentioned that if we don't pick him, Essendon will very quickly snap him up, so he's clearly rated at that point of the draft.

Cause again the Tigers let out nothing and the media ****ing hate it. The only link they can make is 'This player barracks for Richmond, is in this range' so we will slot them in there or 'He played a few VFL games for them, and they were impressed' basically we have no ****ing idea who they like but hes wore yellow and black before so he will do

Spoke to someone from the Western jets... he said Richmond has told Tom Burton that if he is there at pick 38, that we will be taking him.

I can see why we'd be interested. His kicking/decision making needs improvement though.

I think both of Tigs and Dons would do this assuming CDT is their man.

Blues though I’m not sure on, I understand they get a player before Dean at pick 5, but will those other picks be enough to ensure they don’t eat a deficit next year when they need em for Cody Walker?

Best scenario I’ve seen so far though!

Any deficit would be quite small in that scenario as 30 and 38, plus their couple of later picks should all increase in points value due to the picks used to match Uwland, Patterson and Annable.

Carlton has two firsts next year as well which should be enough, even with a slight point reduction, to cover the Walker bid. Of course that is pending any draft rule changes.

Going back to look at an earlier season game for Cumming, playing through the midfield at U18s level and putting together an impressive performance. He won more contested ball than we often see from Sam but was still able to showcase that powerful and dynamic outside game at times to set up his forwards with inside 50 delivery.

What is this supposed interest we have in sharp that you mentioned? I’ve heard no such thing. The club is very tight lipped and as far as leaking interest in Sharp goes, I think this is BS.

Nah but has always been list manager? I figured he started as a recruiter. In any case, he would surely have a bit of a say in who we draft. Or maybe that is entirely up to the recruiting manager. I'm not sure how the two roles work together at clubs
