It was generally refreshing to hear how unafraid Carr and Rutten are of competing ideas. Those two will still set and lead the program, but gone (hopefully) are the days of Daddy Donuts' way or the highway.

You really wonder about the sideshow Hinkley and Davies had in place when you look at the massive amount of change since Carr took over. Swept and reshaped the coaching panel, brought in some really experienced coaching heads including a proper football experienced coaching director, appointed the new footy operations manager, turned over the high performance team.

It's an exciting time.
