Agree re Bannan. Has the frame of a key forward but not really filled out that way or the mentality. Very quick but doesn't quite have the agility and cleanliness off the deck to match. Maybe a wing or roaming HF is best for her. Her runs can be really good at opening up attacks.I am agreed, in this game vs Brisbane it was probably her best game as she was involved in the play a lot which is why i put her in my bests at the time. The rest of the year, eh asides from two good quarters against the pies. Bannan appears to be playing a key role, in a side that has Zanker and Harris in it. She's also not overly physical, her best attributes are her speed for her size which in her position isn't being used, i saw her take the game on with a bounce vs brisbane this year and that was it. Love her, but she is out wrestled far to easily and it's not very often she'll win a contested ground ball either, she's more likely to give up front position for a ball in dispute and push her opponent into the contest where they'll win it. In the marking contest she is polar opposite to Zanker with how she positions and uses her body. I'm probably being overly critical because she's my favourite and also being very honest here I do exactly the same stuff in local footy too and i frustrate myself to no end giving up the contest (not intentionally), so it's equally frustrating to see her do it
McNamara honestly seems fine? She is running up the wings well and covering a lot of ground, getting plenty of the football. The only issue i have with her is her disposal
Agree of McNamara. Her work rate both ways is amazing but agree her disposal can be meh
