I did feel a little bit dirty writing Jack, but he never was fit enough despite playing some great football.

Geelong stole Brad Sholl, Leigh Tudor and Darren Steele from us. Animals. Not enough is made of this concerted attack on our depth.

I thought you were a bit off writing Jack and Scotty McMahon to be honest.

And Liam Anthony deserves his own place in history at NMFC with a statue out the front.

We did get them back by stealing their captain. And I'm not sure they stole them, I just looked up the trade.

lol, Scotty McMahon, I always liked him, but again... much like some of our current players, he never pushed the envelope in terms of fitness (I feel).

Harsh, I know... but, we deal in facts 'round these parts... he should have been remembered as an Andy Collins-clone (ish), instead he'll only be remembered if his kids are any good (by the outside world).

I heard at the time that pickering asked for 2 extra weeks of pre-season so he could play district cricket, so Schimma packaged him up in a deal they were already doing and said see ya later. Not sure if true but I reckon he won Geelong's bnf a few years later, could have been a handy addition to a bloody strong North team.
