Sheezel is a unit. Not a surprise given how he works but he has given himself some tools and was already a handful in any game. FOS has sized up as well which will no doubt help him play that utility and some inside minutes next season.

Brayden George looks AFL size so I hope like hell he can get a run at it finally.

Gonna need more Wardlaw pics.
It might just be the pics but I'm not getting the "He looks in great shape" comments.

He just looks like... George.

Is a power unit already, if anything it wouldn't surprise me if he is a bit of a slow burn in the upper half over the next couple of years as they focus on the run that he needs. Has the Ablett esque size in the hips / trunk / legs which will keep providing him with his power base.

Compare our guys 2-3 years into the system, vs their guys drafted the same year.
No wonder we're behind.

We get sucked in every preseason thinking our guys have put on significant size. Then the season proper rolls around and it looks like boys v men again, and we get brushed aside like witches hats.

Three coaches into this shit show and I think we are still last for strength & conditioning and freaking skills.

Sorry I know someone has posted it already but I can't find it. Is there another training session this week?
Training (Arden Street Oval)
Thursday, November 13
8.45am-11am AEDT

Training (Arden Street Oval)
Saturday, November 15
7.40am-9.40am AEDT

And if you go tomorrow the women’s team train right after the men

Some blokes look like they've been in a hospital bed since August, nice to see Banch, Goater and B. George all looking strong and lean though. Three guys that could make a big difference in 2025 if they break into the team.
I like Banch, there has to be a reasonable argument that you can throw a bone in the room Joker style and let him and Konstanty sort it out.

Hopefully the boys are watching as well.

Rough commute for Jy to make it to training tomorrow.

Nothing a short 15sec montage on socials can't sort. Trips fly by in montages.

I am still amazed how AFL have structured their training. Map their contact hours and access to official club resources to any elite individual sport and see how the athletes respond. Imagine telling Usain Bolt you can't have any contact with Glen Mills (his coach), nor can he set a specific program for you for large periods of the off season. And even in season there are limits. Insane.

I can't get my head around how backwards it is.

Absurd hey. Meanwhile Aussie track athletes get paid literally below minimum wage.

I like your style just not the subject.

After his shoulder injury where he at 19 dislocated it, yeah? Of all the shit with which you could be concerning yourself, this is a bizarre hill to find yourself on (at best).

He looks bigger (to me) and more like a man rather than a boy, isn't limping... let this uber-talented campaigner do his thing ffs. He very well could win us big games one day if we display some patience, not everyone is built like The Sheeze. The Duursma hate from members of the faithful is hands-down, the weirdest shit I've seen in my time supporting the club. If he'd had a clear run I would probably understand. But he hasn't, the disgust he attracts isn't warranted.

We are allowed to hope that Harry's dedication is rubbing off on some of his teammates. We could have Curtain, I get it but he frauded the finals up, so meh. We'll know in 24 Months, there's no real point in fretting in the lead-up. No talent like him is coming to the club unless we draft them. We are not going to be mildly good until 2027 potentially, enjoy the ride, this is really as good as it gets before panic and fear kick-in.
Yeh I’d say I’m mildly concerned that our player hasn’t developed whatsoever physically. Regardless of a reconstruction over a year ago, you can still train every other muscle group, and then shoulders from what 2 months post op? Certainly not dying on a hill or doubting his talent, potentially doubting his work rate I’ll give u you that. But I’m doing that for 90% of our list.

For those that can’t see the above post.

Quit virtue signalling. Bugger-all people have me on ignore, and even if they did, that's their loss.
