Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
He should spend all of next year using only his opposite hand and foot.I think he has a bigger draft range then Cody.
Cody just needs to do what he did this year, plus lift his output at the champs and hes top 3. He'll get 30 every week. That trait wont desert him, nor will his athletic attributes. Ball use and/or injury are probably the only things that could see him drop back.
More could go wrong with Cochrane, although his upside is bigger.
And they are not bidding on the two Gold Coast boys, l would not take the post as gospel.According to a post on the D&T Board, the Tiges have told their coteries that they will bid on Dean if West Coast don't.
Sure, we won’t know how the cards fall until draft night, the list is very much a work in progress, short & medium term…Yes, I guess a lot of the players I'm talking about end up as smaller key-position players or as 'roaming' taller midfielders. I was just quibbling because when evaluating players, I think we should be honest with what we might be getting.

No clubs are or will be offering future firsts for our picks.Zero Hanger/Craft of the draft did a mock on YouTube last night. They had us trading pick 9 to West Coast for 13 & 34. Also trading 11 to Melbourne for the Gold Coast F1 they own. With a Dean bid at 7 that left us with enough points to draft Ison and also a later draft pick. I think this is a realistic scenario
Hopefully the Richmond social media team can talk them down from that ledgeHopefully after bids on a couple of academy players first making it around pick 6 or 7.

Sorta. It's either (1) have nominated for most recent draft; or (2) previously been on an AFL list (DFA or Retired for >1 yr).I remember that there is something about needing to have registered for the draft to be eligible for the mid season draft, but I’m not sure if you need to have nominated to be eligible for an SSP selection. Surely it must be a requirement, otherwise players could just let their contracts expire and then walk to any club.
Cal Twomey reported it on Wednesday. No club is going to offer a future first for either of our picks he said.Do you actually know that or are you guessing?

I think that no club will be willing to offer a future 1st for our pick...
Without knowing which players will be there.
If Nairn is going to Melbourne, then someone out of Duursma, CDT Sharp, Robey, X Taylor, Grlj, Cumming, Farrow will be there at our pick.
If we assume Duursma and CDT gone, and guess that Essendon is keen on Robey and X Taylor, then the mystery is Richmond and Melbourne's other pick.
I think Cumming is rumoured to be in Richmond's sights, and Grlj is long rumoured to be as well. So Farrow and Sharp seem the likely to be there pair.
I do have a little whisper that Farrow is a big target for WCE.
Is 2026 going to be a draft of Key position talent?A lot can change in a year.
A year ago, the favourites for top-2 in this draft were Sharp and Greeves. Now possible both are in the 10-20 range.
3 or 4 months ago, Robey was on no-one's radar (well, hardly anyone). Now he's spoken about as a top-5 pick.
Cochrane and Cody have been talked about for more than a year already, and will go into next year as the "most likely" candidates. But that might change, especially as it's touted to be a draft full of talent.
Not necessarily there may be some others that elevate themselves it happens every year, alot can change in 12 months. Is 2026 going to be a draft of Key position talent?
That’s all that will make Walker slide
He wasn't unequivocal. He was referring to at that point in time.
He didn’t say that. Watch the clip again and listen to what he says at the end.No.
He said that no club has been willing to offer so far.
Maybe watch it again.
