I love that our objective is to at least properly try and win the flag now. No guarantees of course, but this still beats our only objective being to keep Hinkley employed.

Or , dare I say it, learned? How refreshing was that press conference… not going to say it’s life changing in anyway but man just the sound and change in that delivery of information was nice to hear. That was someone that wants to succeed but knows that it’s needs to be built rather than guaranteed… or not guaranteed… or what you deserve or some crap
Dew fs imoWho do you reckon is most likely to do the bashing with the exception of Carr.
Collins
Dew
Webster
Rutten
Reeves
I reckon Webster. He's a big dude. Otherwise I do like the sound of Director of Bashing, Andy Collins.
He said Carr has them doing match sims at training, barely 2 weeks in.I liked the guiding philosophy he said 'make young men better footballers as quickly as we can.
It was very interesting for Collins to say that we'd surpass the Hawks very quickly. It means the coaching staff really believe that they have a lot of things in place already.I love that our objective is to at least properly try and win the flag now. He said we aimed to with a big grin on his face. It was an insight into the competitor he is nothing more.It was very interesting for Collins to say that we'd surpass the Hawks very quickly. It means the coaching staff really believe that they have a lot of things in place already.
FiNaLs Is ScArY."The plan is to win a premiership and that is really important. I think people talk about finals, young coaches who come in with plans to win a premiership, I think that is very exciting."
What a dramatic change in messaging from the Hinkley era where playing finals was both overrated and scary and just making finals was seen as the ultimate success.

Certainly showed glimpses in his couple of games. He sees something in Ewan McKinlay, I do too.
another impressive individual.
who ya gunna get!!!
Hinkley, Davies and Chad Cornes all overhauled, but what were the odds of there actually being quality football people outside of those 4 walls of that clique-y, low performance, greyhound syndicate boys club that’s been running the joint for the past decade?
Like, who could have known that, right? Right?!
