Yeah can’t find anything that say PSD doesn’t count. You just need three list spot open at draft time. How you then fill them it doesn’t matter.

The rookie draft is 95% clubs rookie listing players they've delisted and promised to re-draft. Barely any live picks in the rookie draft nowadays.

No, the 3 picks includes the psd but only if the club is committed to picking up a player which the AFL has been notified prior to the nd. Can't just not pick and leave a psd spot for a steal for example.

That increase to 5 minutes was always going to be a horrible move for anyone other than Fox/AFL commercial partners.

Look, I had him 10-15 or so spots above where he went, so in this draft it’s fine. Reportedly had interest from other clubs, too

But it definitely feels like an unbalanced offseason
