We can get a vlas type defender next year. Maybe another tall back and ruck too. What time is rookie draft tomorrow?
Hopefully Sims grows to 204cm and Ryan and Hayes Brown get some games.

We're still slow as hell through the middle if Prestia, Hopper and Taranto are a large part of our midfield rotation.

We'll be quick in a couple of years though.

We'll be quick in a couple of years though.

5 years from now is when it matters. Then we should have a mature group. Until then being a bit off the pace actually helps us get higher picks whilst still being competitive. (my logic anyway)

I hope in 2028 we suddenly look a lot like a serious AFL team - maturity of 2024 and 2025 draftees

Kind of role players you can build a game style around IMO. He, Grjl and a few others and we have enough fast gut runners to really stretch teams.

ahh no, just everyone was saying he was super quick on the live draft thread, maybe just based on 20m testing

limited footage, but seems to be the opposite to speed demons that tuck it under the arm and burn people off, in fact is more a lightening-quick disposer, quick of mind that means, hopefully.

They’ll probably get injured. Hopper finally had a full year but he and Prestia usually miss a bit. Cummings will be in early

Kid is quick, has a huge tank, can impact at stoppages and provide scoreboard results. Has worked on his defensive transition and is a weapon.
