Same.Im always bemused as to how that was Martyns fault.
Prepare to be disappointed…Can’t see England bowling as well as they did in the first innings. I reckon Australia do this easily.

Nathan Lyon bowled 2 overs this test. He has become obsolete the past 2 Australian summers. Given the Gabba is likely to be pace friendly and a pink ball test, its time the GOAT is put out to pasture.
Webster back in.
This. if we had 2 inform batsmen this total would be a cake walk. instead - and hope I am wrong - but we will be all out for 100…Bazball going about as expected in Australia. Shame our batting lineup can’t capitalise
Fox Wardobe for youDave Warner always dresses like a ****ing used car salesman
Anything less than 6 down will be remarkableDreamin
I mean, stats wise it still came out alright in isolation. 3-50ish.Could be the dreaded laptop analyst without any cricketing sense who's pushing this short ball nonsense.
Also need to see some footwork. They were like cardboard cutouts in the 1stI don't want to see any stupid shots to lose their wickets this innings, I don't care if it takes 3 days to chase. You don't have to do anything stupid. Englands bowlers are injury prone, we need them to get tired.

We’d be lucky to be behind by more than 50 with even a half competent batting lineup.This. if we had 2 inform batsmen this total would be a cake walk. instead - and hope I am wrong - but we will be all out for 100…
Tim Lane brought up the example of Kerry O'Keefe opening in the 2nd innings of the Centenary Test after Rick McCosker suffered that horrific blow to the jaw.
It worked ok, I think KO'K scored 14 and the opening partnership put on 30 odd. Mind you, he was more than a handy batsman, averaging mid-20s in f-c and Test cricket.
I think Cummins will come in for Doggett. If you're dropping Lyon, it really needs to be for Webster as his offies are rather decent. It seems the last 2 summers in Australia, the nature of the pitches hasn't really been condusive to spin. Not sure if Lyon has the belief anymore from the captains. Certainly not Smith anyway.I think 3 specialist bowlers is too light. I’m fine with a fit Cummins or Neser replacing him
Tried it with Green and Marsh last Ashes and it backfired spectacularly
