We have to be close to, if not the best team in the world at the moment. Been consistent all season, rock solid across the pitch and our performances, and squad depth is insane.
Yeah your well set up to dominate for a sustained period. Best squad in the world.

Just lacks a striker.

Gyökeres was going alright until he got injured. But they haven't really missed him, which shows the strength of the squad. They haven't missed Havertz and Jesus either. Arsenal might be trying to get them fit enough so they can sell them in January. Maybe Adeyemi coming in?

I do think the centre forward point is overstated now in this current iteration of Arsenal. Arteta’s coaching has elevated the entire squad, and the investment in an array of attacking threat has heavily mitigated the lack of that genuine world class number 9.

Open play goals, counter attacks, set pieces, Arsenal are currently finding the answers. Even without Gabriel and a recognised centre forward yesterday, Arsenal dismantled Bayern who haven’t lost a match since April against Inter Milan. The way a team of that quality shat themselves at almost every cross and set piece was remarkable to watch. And then cut open in the second half with 2 goals and an assist coming from the bench.

It’s only November and no trophies are handed out now, so a long way to go. So far though, Arteta is finding solutions to the common questions.

Cesc Fabregas been super impressive with Como. Just one loss this season and lost just twice since March.

Second highest possession team and press like mad. Second highest fouls part of their make teams uncomfortable on the ball plan. Conceded just 7 goals.

It sounds a lot like Barcelona tactics under Pep while Fabregas was there. A high press then if you lose the ball make a cheap tactical foul to prevent a counter attack. Opposition coaches and pundits highlighted it. Refs probably started giving more yellow cards.

Be interested to know which teams take the highest percentage of short corners and whether or not it is Liverpool and Man City, it probably is.

Time and a place for the odd short corner but it is frustrating as a Celtic fan that they take just about all of them short and most of them end up passed back to Schmeichel.

Just bang them into the box, the shit teams will give you the ball back quickly anyway.

No surprise here, maybe its a maturity thing being the youngest squad ever.
Nah, just poor discipline. Chalobah, Caicedo, Pedro, Sanchez are all old and experienced enough in the PL. (Pedro in the UCL obviously)

Yes Caicedo would be what, 23-24 years old now? Established international, probably 175+ senior appearances I would’ve thought for club and country? He’s experienced enough to not do this haha :D

And to be fair that's his first red card for Chelsea
