Just say we have Harry and HOK forward, Pitto Ruck and Young and Weiters defending.
easily Pitto would not have to be all over the ground as Young, HoK and H can all ruck, which would mean that we have a fresher ruck competing most of the time.
Also there is Cripps who likes to impose himself in the ruck.

Be interesting how we adapt to the new ruck rules around not waiting for the bigs to lumber to the contest; reckon we might see Cripps become the default option if the opposition don’t get their specialist ruck to the contest - great way to break a stoppage tag.
I also wonder how wide teams will push the defensive outlets with the new last disposal rules to try get a touch on the ball before it crosses the line. Don’t reckon ‘long down the line’ is dead yet. Combine that with a quick throw in/ball-up and the game might change a bit this year.
Anyways to link back to our pre-season - look forward to hearing reports on how we train for the new rules.

Allowing footballers time and space to dispose the ball is the key to this.
Handball release to structured outside riders around the stoppages and then shepherding to clear paths is a good start.

It's hard to find a bad player on our list. They all look fit, the young ones look physically advanced. Don't be surprised if a few older written off player really lift because of this. Really looking forward to this season. Team and list look better.
