I dunno, if he gets a decent start I reckon he'll want to put Broc under pressure while Chaz coasts around a bit and conserves the car..... hopefully.

It does sound like everyone else just wants to get out of the way of the top 4 though

That's been the only downside of the Grand Final - too many drivers not wanting to interfere with the Championship contenders and just "getting out of the way" rather than racing. It's one thing for a teammate (e.g. Wood) to do that, it's entirely another thing for a driver from a different team to be showing that kind of deference (e.g. Kostecki letting Mostert through yesterday).

so the general consensus is Feeney should have let Wood go but Wood was doing a bit of a grub move to push that hard so early when not in contention for the championship...
