Ekitike, DCL, Bowen OR just hold Woltemade?

And is it worth shifting Bruno G to Semenyo or Rogers?

Though Chelsea are junk at St James' so that's something to also consider.

Chalaboah also on my radar defensively but Chlesea have a tough run coming up.

Ekitike for big upside, Bowen for secure minutes, DCL if you want to go cheap.

No to Rogers. I don’t like the fixtures after ManU.
Semenyo is a good 2 week punt.

you’ve missed the good fixtures for Chalobah and they don’t turn again until GW21. I’m thinking of selling.

I sold Chalobah for Richards CRP.

Ekitike has scored 26 points from the last two games so his numbers are inflated a little, but at the end of the day still has 4 goals in 2 games so it probably makes sense.

he’s had good fixtures and improved game time in those 2 matches as well.
the good fixtures continue for a while and I think the improved game time will too.
he’ll almost certainly get benched/managed sometime during the Christmas period but overall I think his minutes will be ok…..and 30 minutes against Wolves might be enough to pay off the transfer alone.

i'm thinking of

Rice & Bruno G into Bruno F & Wharton

Positives
  • Bruno F just keeps chalking up points despite United's results, win/loss/draw.
  • Wharton is putting in strong performances (just like the whole Palace team) and they do have a few easier games coming up compared to Arsenal (and Rice).
Negatives
  • Newcastle's next 5 games could net a lot of goals (includes United, Burnley and Leeds having all conceded 25+ goals already this season). Bruno G could be looking at decent points if Newcastle get firing.

Then i'll have a path to Palmer + Gabriel in GW21

Ekitike to DCL, Foden to Palmer.
Chalobah to Gabriel.

Ending up with Saka, Bruno F, Palmer, Gabriel and Halaand.

Then i've won the game right?

Yeah I think it's probably a good move but Woltemade isn't exactly a bad option. Chelsea have a terrible record there, United can't defend and Burnley are crap.

It's more if Liverpool will outscore them.

Woltemade benched this morning in a close to full strength Newcastle side (except for Gordon who’s been managed all season).
Wissa played 72 and scored.
was it just a rest or is it a sign of things to come?

Enough to convince me.

Ekitike here we go.

Can we run Haaland Foden & Cherki??

Yep,

I'm considering punting O'reilly in defense in a week or 2 to get Cherki in Mid.

I think Pep has finally realised Cherki unlocks a lot of attacking options especially against low blocks, even if he doesn't necessarily want that kind of player normally.

I think Cherki in real life is in the top 5 players in the league. He is deadset a baller.

agree mate, and city are city. I’m few weeks late to the party with Foden but looks like 3 attackers is on

imagine being a Crystal Palace fan and qualifying for the Europa League. happy days.
then getting demoted to the Conference League because of ownership laws.
then being forced to put out a second string 11 at home in the Conference League because the PL and FA won’t change their schedule.
as a result they fail to qualify directly for the next stage of the Conference League and have to go into a 2 leg playoff…yay more games.

Any thoughts on Triple points this weekend?

Thiago vs Wolves
Halaand vs West Ham
Haaland has 7 double digit hauls, Thiago has 3.
Haaland home, Thiago away.

also, Thiago is yellow flagged. got a knock last week apparently.
should play but it adds more risk to the pick.
