The thing is, having a gorgeous wife or not will not change whether somebody feels entitled to have more. If you are wired that way, no woman is going to be enough to stop you wanting more. In fact, it's likely that somebody who is highly motivated by achievement-dating (need to have the hottest women they can get), is even more likely to cheat because they always have a conquest mindset. It comes down to ego. Lachie obviously has a problematic ego that allows him to risk blowing up his family in the name of conquest. Fair to say the "good bloke" era of Lachie Neale is officially over.

It’s not necessarily a matter of entitlement.

“Wow she’s so hot, how could he cheat on her” is such a silly immature view.

There’s a hell of a lot more to sexual attraction than looks. Particularly with couples who’ve been together for a very long time.

I’m sure Mr and Mrs Neale aren’t attracted to each other and haven’t been for a very long time. It’s very common, particularly after children. Looks aren’t going to change that. It’s often when cheating happens - one side (almost always the bloke) has his desires and the partner doesn’t meet them.

Of course, the commitment of marriage is meant to mean that you work these things out, not just go get your rocks off elsewhere. The idea is you’re standing there, in front of others (and your god if you have one) and making that lifetime commitment.

But many people don’t actually take marriage seriously, at least not in the long term, which is why the separation and divorce rate is so high. They move into it as a social ritual, or for security, and they plan a wedding event, not a marriage.

Saddest part about these situations is the innocent party - the kids.

These things can go in waves, of course. Many more children of divorce now than in previous generations, which may lead to them taking marriage more seriously and thinking a little more deeply about it before taking the plunge.

Good luck out there, folks, and treat others with respect.

How the hell did you come to that conclusion lol.

Sounds like Jules was completely blindsided and Lauchie Neale has been a dirty cheating rat for a long time.

Agree with that.

There is, but I'll guarantee you that Lachie Neale is aiming very high. It comes with the territory of professional athletes.

We have no idea if Mrs Neale felt that way. She might have been very committed and attracted to her husband, while he wasn't. His need for conquest and opportunistic encounters is his own characteristic. For all we know, she might have been thinking things were fine until she learned he was a serial cheat. I think it's a stretch to claim that the reason Lachie Neale cheated on her was because his needs were being unmet by his wife. If he's entitled enough, he will still want more.

No arguments with this part

Get Garry Lyon's name out of your mouth. He never said he rooted Billy Brownless' wife because of his mental health, only that his mental health suffered because of the attention the breakup received. Big Fat Tub of Shit Billy Brownless crying on TV about it, people calling Garry the villain when the truth is Pig Brownless didn't deserve his hottie wife and Garry did the honourable thing by stealing her.

Niiice Gary.

I'll be honest, I loved Glenn McGrath as a kid, so learning he was a big game hunter was pretty sad for me. Went from loving him to not being able to stand him.

I just fell in love with him a little more! Thanks for letting me know.

Jules left Perth, her elite hair salon that she owned, doing the hair of the rich...Cottesloe is one of the wealthiest places in Perth.
She gave that up to move to Brisvegas with this guy. #Fool

She probably had her choice of plenty of nice guys but like most girls wanted the guy with the money and fame

Unfortunately for Ben going by the photos Tess clearly wanted everyone to know how close she was to Lachie which should be a red flag for a wife's friends husband.

I wonder how many players had theirs wife's best friends wearing the premiership medals. It makes no sense. Maybe pose for a photo but that's it

The Aus cricket team has been filled with horrible people (past and present) even the "good" players.
In the 90’s on a tour of England there was one Aussie cricketer who remained faithful to his wife, that was the “mail” at the time. Super charged sportsmen with testosterone at peak levels and women throwing themselves at them, on the other side of the world, sounds about right to me they’d forget about home.

Footballers cant help themselves either.

With no knowledge of the people involved other than Neale, based on the photos people have posted I thought he must have been with the brunette and swapped to the blonde but it is the other way around!!!

And people on here seem to feel offended when someone isn't the living the perfect wholesome nuclear family Christian white Xmas they fantasise about.
That reminds me - must polish the brass-ware before the guests arrive and find some nice carols for background music.

Oh and mustn't forget not to root my wife's bestie.

I suspect being an awful person made it easier for St Kilda to delist Arie Schoenmaker. If he was really likeable they may have given him another year to prove himself, but since he was borderline anyway, being awful just tipped the scales and made delisting him a much easier choice.
I doubt it influenced the decision, he just wasn't a good enough player.

Plus have you seen who our list manager is? If Arie told SOS he was set up and hasn't done anything bad in his life, he would probably believe him and give him another year.
