It mightn’t bother him. He might be happy seeing his kids once or twice a week, taking them on holidays. An easier life for Lachie and plenty of opportunities to meet new people.

Pretty sure child support maxes out at about $35k per kid. $35k per kid POST tax can be pretty debilitating for most but in her situation it would be quite a drop in standard of living.
