I think Clarke is still the play, most questions surround him. JHF can be left to the flog. Whatever Clarke flips as will answer a fair bit else. But I think if we see an evil faction forming tomorrow morning then there's every chance Crimson is part of that (maybe not) as I'd say evil will look to see if they are linked with them.
