What I read about the case is that there is little likelihood of Scott getting his money back because his ex-business partner has nothing left to pay creditors who will be prioritised before him. He has virtually kissed 3 mil down the drain.

Call me a bit cynical but you assured us towards the end of last year we would win. So unless this is Josh Tongue in cheek, not sure if I put any Credence Clearwater Revival in it.

If that’s the case then Scott probably needs to play until he’s 50 to get his money back.
