And then he'll reply back saying that there is no-one else to play down there. When you do give him some names, his dismisses them asks for more names. I've been down this track before Thrawn. Can't be bothered doing it again.

Houlihan is named in the backline, becuase that is where he plays most of the time. :rolleyes: I also make comments about his performance after the game, as he continues to be beaten badly back there.

As we all saw when we played Port at TD, he kicked 3 first quarter goals, playing up forward. Amazing. Always go with players' strengths, and for Hoops, that is up forward, NOT in the backline.

If you're such an expert on where everyone should play, what are you doing wasting your time posting here, when you think you know more than the coaches. Do you think they have no idea what they're doing and you know better? He was played in the backline for a reason and if he was beaten so badly, why was he kept there and how did he manage to come 4th in the B&F? It wasn't from the one game you mention. Anyway this has been discussed to death and I wouldn't want to be accused of talking about Houlihan all the time- unlike you!!!!!:p

Then why bring it up again when we were discussing a totally unrelated matter? You've discussed it to death over & over, week in, week out. The coaches do it for reasons (which you obviously have no idea about). If you can't be bothered discussing it then do us all a favour and STOP doing it!!!! You're nothing but a troll!

Feel free to explain why you asked me to look up the word moron in a dictionary then. You think you can hide your name calling by asking me to look it up in a dictionary? It wasn't because you were losing your argument by any chance and had to resort to a cheap shot at me? Or your constant cheap shots at me by bringing up an argument we had months ago over and over when we're discussing totally unrelated topics? Why do you keep going on with something that happened months ago? And feel free to explain why you told me to bugger off. Because you were losing your argument and that was the only thing you could come up with? Why don't you look up "people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones" before you accuse me of something you can't do, which is argue a point by sticking to the topic without resorting to irrelevant cheap shots at other posters. :rolleyes:

I asked you to do something- this is the result of your refusal to do anything. I suppose you think it's OK to tell someone to bugger off, look up the word moron in a dictionary because they can't argue a point any other way, carry on making cheap shots for months and months- and then turn around and accuse others of the same thing.:thumbsdown:

I have two options here.

1. Hope the situation fades. I have requested this of both parties incidentally so don't assume what I have or have not done.

2. Delete all posts you two make towards each other. By the way, I have been searching. The initiation of these things is not all one way.

Frankly, it's a storm in a teacup. Every post you two have made towards each other has been lightweight and barely touch on established rules.

I think I will just delete everything until I get frustrated enough with all concerned to go further.

This board amazes me, too strict, not strict enough. Allows abuse of players, promotes censorship. Stomp out the trolls, live and let live.

I can not and will not please all of you at all times. It is an impossibility. Of course everyone thinks their issues take precedence over everybody else's and something MUST be done about them. If I censor mild stuff, the Nazi calls come out again. If I don't censor it, I am a shit mod and will not do anything.

Quite frankly, I think some people need to take a look at how much baiting they do on one hand but also on the other hand, think about whether their response is an overreaction.

As far as I know, 90% of our posters are mature adults and capable of rationalising debate on an internet forum. They should also be capable of either burying the hatchet or ignoring each other. I am a moderator, not a mother.

I did in fact get an infraction for that comment BW. Perhaps you should check your facts before you blindingly type things into BF. Somehow, i think it's just a trait that will continue with your good self.

ODN is one of the better mods around here on BF, and perhaps a little respect from your good self might be in order.
