So... everyone is starting pre-season on Monday night right? (If you hadn't started already.)

Its going to be hot, so make sure there's plenty of cordial and water (and sunscreen) on hand!

Bad bad news everyone,didn't have the third op,found a new doc who put several very,very large needles in my knee,[an experience I wouldn't even wish on the mediteranean marvel out at BHN],the magic potion seems to be working,had several sessions on the bike and one small jog.

I don't think that those needles can be working.
I spoke to the Greek God you mentioned. He said he had been sticking big needles into the knee of an effigy of you for months.... and it was not making you better.

I am sure us fans of Fox Footy and 3AW will surely miss Clinton Grybas' enthusiasm and knowledge of our great game and sports in general. His death at such a young age is surely a shock for sports lovers.

Remember him when he first stared out doing ABC TV footy many years ago as a fresh face kid,he was a breath of fresh air then,new his stuff and was a stand out.

So... We're waiting for news from everyone's first 2008 training session!

We had a good session down at KB, good numbers and cool weather. Someone said it might be 40 degrees on wednesday though... ouch.

kew start preseason on Wednesday 16th of Jan at Victoria Park. I think we train once a week (wed) until feb when we then train twice a week from then on.

kb's obviously forgot about the 6 weeks training before xmas. Funny thing is he was at those training sessions.

KB's,how have you managed to get access to you ground for training?is it in good nick so council have given you access?

No access to grounds until the end of Jan at this stage. We had booked a running track prior to xmas which allowed us to do running(obviously) and some skill work. Our ground isn't to bad but could do with some soaking rain.

Hmm... KB is starting to dry out again. Not as bad as this time last year, but if we don't get some more rain we'll be back to square one!
