    Yep, needs to get better at being part of the defensive transition, with his speed he should be a key part of the way we want to play out of the back line. Just never seems to put himself in position to be used when we are transitioning.

    Triggering that the article mentions Laurie as one of the 13 hits just because he is in the team at the moment. Guy is in his 6th season having barely played and never having really been injured. Has a long way to go before being called a hit.

    I wonder if they kind of thought he was a bit of an undersized key forward and that wasn't what we needed with how we played footy. They were waiting for a guy who was 3m tall and 150kg who they could kick to outnumbered 3 to 1 in line with the game plan.

    Perfect 10 coaches votes this week, good to see the coaches recognising impact over raw touches. This guy was so dangerous everytime he got near the footy on the weekend.

    I don't really know how fast this guy is compared to other quick players, but damn he plays fast and high intensity footy. Every time I see him he looks like he is going 100%, no laconic jogs.

    A gun key forward is the cherry on the top of a list build. Get the defence and the midfield right and plonk a competitor or two down there and you can win a flag.
