Trading Cripps makes sense. Cripps is a double edged sword. He plays one way and we are forced to play centred around Cripps. So when he isn’t playing well we get found out. He has been good enough for this to be okay for a long term, but it isn’t sustainable. -

I can never get on board with clubs who re-sign and extend coaches who are already under contract. Why? If your coach is being a child and not putting in because they are in their last year of a contract and crying over not being extended - you have the wrong coach. -
