Might be easier this year with a Cats v Interstate team - potentially less full members in attendance so the MCC will likely open it up to more restricted members. I never tried as a restricted member but have full now, so will be hoping to get a seat in the seat re-sale on Thursday. -

Why doesnt Geelong play finals at GMHBA Stadium?
Finals are big business now and attract decent crowds regardless of who’s playing. Geel v GC/GWS would still attract 60k plus when you factor in corporates, AFL members and MCC members.- Word Count: 33

I took my daughter to the MCC members on Day 3. Her ticket was $5 but then they added $8.70 service fee. Pretty outrageous. -

AFL Final tickets fiascoes
Seems like it was pretty smooth today. Logged in 15 mins before 9am for MCC reserved seats. Had to wait something like 10mins after 9am to get in, but once in, there were still front row seats on level 2. I believe all MCC reserved seats are now taken.- Word Count: 49

Been looking forward to this game since the fixture came out. Only my second Geelong game for the year (saw them in Brissy) but boy it’s not looking great weather wise. -

The players look so void of confidence. Getting in each other’s way is a sign they aren’t spreading and backing their team mates. The 7-0 start flattened us.
