I'm not sure what you're trying to get at? It was clearly a mental health episode whether it was due to being on illicit substances or withdrawal effects from drugs and alcohol. It's clearly an episode of some sort.

I agree. His attack on the ball in the air and on the ground with more confidence then last year and is a good ball user especially by foot. His biggest weakness is despite seemingly working hard defensively for a 188cm strong relatively athletic bloke he just seems too easily beaten in 1 on 1s.

Not sure work ethic is Parish’s issue. I think he’s quite well regarded there. It’s physical limitations and being a one trick pony in the midfield that are his issues.
