    I want Bont to get as many touches as possible. He's still one of the best decision makers with the ball in hand in the competition. Sticking him in the forward line doesn't seem like the best use of his skill set.

    Do you think we made a promise to Croft not to play him as a defender when we drafted him? I get the feeling he would excel in a role similar to Darcy Moore, who started as a forward but really shone when moved to defence.

    Unless you’re highly athletic, rucks in the 199 cm to 203 cm range are going to struggle with the new rules. I think Emmett is good enough to play another role, but I’d struggle to see him playing ruck as his primary role. I’d worry about L. Smith, I’m not sure he has the tools to play another...
