There is a further opportunity to appeal but the grounds for appeal are limited in some way. Something like process or legal error issues but not facts determined by the tribunal, eg like if they say the push was excessive. Not 100% on it though. -

When you line up the Mansell vs Ginbey incidents using the same five criteria that the CFL are trying hang Mansell with, Ginbey's was more culpable in every element. Yet not only did you they not charge Ginbey they didn't even comment on why there was no case to answer. It's no coincidence... -

The CFL doesn't think that what they do to Richmond needs to be consistent with how they treat other clubs. So there is no risk to the fabric of the game if it only applies to us. I don't see how anyone doesn't get this. There is a litany of one-off application or non application of rules that... -
