    Not overrating MSD pick here (for a KD), just saying 'if' they go down that road. Edwards might return eventually, Bazzo might fill in, Shanahan might swing back, god knows what Brock might do...or selection will do if Edwards is ruled out. Slightly screwed either way, not unlike the ruck...

    I highly doubt Hewett is going anywhere and the best way to drive up his price is to play well and consistently - which he appears to be heading towards back in the Wafl midfield, his numbers weren't bad for his return to the mid. If he returns to his best - happy days!

    So with Starcevich back in 2-3 weeks, presumably he then plays a bit in the WAfl? He could be available for some or all of that 3 week block of home games at Optus. Be a huge help towards a win if he plays to expectations.

    There is a growing call for him to go back, he can also glean some forward craft from playing on the best oppo forwards. Poor Ginbey needs some cavalry. Park Jake at HF, get more direct lead ups, less boundary shots maybe.
