Was 23-4 I50 (52 for whole field) but still impressive. Lions did have twice as many as us though. Wonder if we sagged back a bit to avoid being smashed on the rebound. They did kick it straight back to us a lot so not just about the tackles.

I must say that was some mark by Elliott (ie the hanger on McKay). I hate the prick but credit to him. And slotted the shot. Glad he wasnt the match winner (again).

It's funny. People hated him before but now want him back. Have always been a fan of his effort.

Lucky we didnt sub one of the rucks off at 3/4 time given what happened to Jones. Could have ended up 1 short which would have killed us. Draper and Goldy did compete hard to the end at least.
