We can and did do something about it though - started kicking the majority of our score from centre clearances before teams could flood numbers back. Pittonet was a big part of that.

We were undefeated around this time last year going into a match v Adelaide, then it all fell to s**t for a couple of months or so

I think if we don't start scoring from centre clearances teams are just going to do what Freo did and flood our backline, same as in our rough patch last year. Can't rely on Charlie & Harry then, can't find a way to brute force goals through a crowded forward line, can't kick goals from outside...
