A list management type from another club told me that they rated Banfield but thought he was 110% sure to go back home to the Eagles after his first contract, so they didn't want to waste the development on him. Fingers crossed that's changed! Someone get him a Melbourne girlfriend. -

Yeah when we drafted him I thought it was a terrible idea because he was clearly a skinny HBF who couldn't do any of that - turned out I couldn't have been more wrong. He has the smarts and composure to do it but also the strength to make it work, such a ridiculous player. -

I did mine doing martial arts, landed funny on my leg and it popped out. Instructor came over and straightened my leg and it popped straight back in. Blew up that night though and I couldn't walk for a few days. -
