There’s no real way to investigate VFL salary caps so they’re just arbitrary numbers. I know a guy who sponsors a club, he gave a former AFL listed player (not a particularly good one) a job on the proviso that the player would sign for the club’s VFL team. Everyone does it, open secret. -
