I don't think so... if Richmond bid at #1, we will use say pick #4 to match the bid... so it isn't getting pushed back hence no pick #21... I agree, but like I said earlier, the AFL are enticing clubs to bid as early as possible now. Top 5 pick that slides due to bids gets you a free band 2 compo pick... it's too hard to pass on that.- Words: 42

We could try, but I doubt the Eagles would jump at that. Crippa unfortunately isn't having a great couple of years and given his age, his value is only declining. pick #4 = 1962pts. Worst case, Swans win the flag, we get pick #18 North are runners up, we get #35 #18 = 836 #35 = 338 1962 - 1174 = 788pt deficit applied to our 2027 1st. That's the worst case though... a more realistic case would be: #14 = 1024 #26 = 561 1962 - 1585 = 377pt deficit But...- Words: 120
