Because injuries happen. So McGovern would have been identified as a KPD fill when required by injury. You wont play the same structure (talls/smalls) all year, no one does. Definitely short a ruck. In fact we are more short a KPF more so than a KPB.

Its not all about cm Gov at 191 more than capable of being KP if required. Probably plays to his strengths when we have 2 others, but doesn't mean he couldn't do a job on the number 2 opposition fwd.
