    It would of been bad had the Magpies won tonight as they would of had 3 games at the MCG in a row. Still It was funny silencing the cats fans. I guess you were happy Port won and dragged Collingwood down with essendon and the rest of the teams

    Just happy to see Port win a final after all those years in the wilderness. Collingwood's fans have been ripping in to Carlton all year so its ironic to see still be in the finals after they have been kicked out. If Freo win this year then they are going to be on equal AFL premierships with most of the competition.

    I used to count the old VFL ones until Malthouse himself came out on the Carlton podcast and said they were irrelevant due to the AFL been a much fairer and harder competition to come out on top then in then the VFL.

    Still I have this gut Feeling this might backfire against the cats. Considering Freo is a small ground, It can work in Ross Lyons favour. Oh and Freo were missing Barlow, Mundy, Pavlich, Sandilands. I would find it funny If Geelong lose and Collingwood have to play down there.

    You hope so? I bloody know so. You still have Walker, Murphy and Gibbs as mids. You mob just needs a decent key defender and a experienced Ruck/forward. To improve the whole squad, which is why im surprised your mob didnt go hard at Free agency last year.

    The whole Judd contract thing ( Major pay cut) sort of stopped Mick from doing anything last year but think we are going to have a fairly major presence in the off-season this year. Hopefully we can bring in new players through free agency/trade like you did with D Pearce who really helps out Hill.
