Against Freo he had 32 ruck contests and a grand total of ZERO hitouts to advantage. We are 100% better off keeping Maley (or Turray when fit) and going with an extra runner as the 5th bench option. -

Keays runs all day but he's not up there with the league leaders for tackles inside 50 (or close really, despite being our best), nor does he have the explosive type speed to really put defenders under pressure. -

Of the top 40 picks in the 2023 draft, only 6 have yet to debut, and we have 2 of them in Edwards (pick 21) and Ryan (27). The others include 2 project rucks in Will Green (16) and Taylor Goad (20), plus Will McCabe (19) and Harry Demattia (25). Why is it seemingly so much harder for our kids... -

Do you think the change in ruck rules could open the door for either Maley or T Murray as an athletic but undersized first ruck option? I haven't seen enough ruck work from either but am unconvinced McAndrew is the answer for a side with flag aspirations. -

Last year he had 20 disposals in only 4 games. It was against West Coast (18th), Richmond (17th), North (16th) and Port (13th). Seems like a good bloke and gives his all, but he simply cannot be one of our main mids if we want to achieve anything. -

Have we though? Remove his sub games and he averaged only 16 touches (including a combined 24 across the 2 finals), kicked only 6 goals, has hardly any marks, and is not nearly the ferocious tackler he once was. All this while attending the 4th most centre bounces. Time to move on. -
