I think that game sums up the club at the moment. We have the talent to win but it's the mentality, coachin, game plan? What ever it is, the coaching group isn't setting the playing group up to win. We relly on too fewer players to drag us over the line. I think that a change in personalities...

Well, not that I think we neede it, but we have the example of how not to play. Other than 3-4 players, the team needs to have a good look at what the want out of this season and there careers. An honest look at where they think they are. We wont get to where we need to be if they don't
