    Well. In primary school they line everyone up who shows any sign of aggressive tendencies. Then, they ask them to spell their own name. If they can, they play union. If they can’t, they play league. If they shit themselves and eat it, they play for Queensland. It’s really that simple.

    Yeah, pretty soft: Ca 11, Mg 2, Na 8, Cl 14, SO4 17, HCO 16. I made a huge starter, fermented it really low for 6 weeks, lagered it for 4 months. Oh and I did a double decoction... though I'm not sure if that actually did anything apart from make a huge mess.
