    My sources have all but confirmed that Tony Shaw will be the next GoldCoast Suns Coach. This is a bit of a shock for me, perhaps he will bring BT over to help him coach the guys and the Human Meatball. You heard it here first.

    A great opportunity for our midfield, the likes of Jaeger, Prestia, Swallow will be able to really accelerate their footy IQ without Gaz being on field with them. I feel for Gaz but best to happen now than any time previous to this, we are better equipped to handle it. Also better now than next...

    Expecting a win, why not? I know it is unlikely but our best is good enough to knock these guys off. I know they smashed Geelong last week but that was more about Geelong than the Swans - I hope. Really looking forward to seeing My Hunt back at AFL level, great to have him in the mix again.

    Winnable but we really need to start taking contested marks in our 50 (not on the 50 arc next to the sideline) and convert. I think we will be a little too robust for GWS but I am concerned about our form so who knows.

    We will be fine, today will see a nice bounce back after the shocker V Hawks. Our midfield will reign supreme today and we will be able to mark well in the forward 50 I would think. We are not as bad as everyone feels, I know what happened last week shakes our belief but we will be fine.

    You are right, heard Ashcroft on the radio saying that if he pulls up from his 3 head knocks against the thunder he should get a run, if not a week off. So, if he is playing today in the NEAFL I am way off the mark. So it seems it is only fitness keeping him out as the others have described above.

    Very hot today, will be warm tonight too. This is a good thing for us! Tough game coming up but if we do what we have been doing there is no reason why we cannot win. Nothing to lose at all, no one outside the club expects us to win! Bring it on.
